History
Tony Tony Chopper is the sixth member of the The Straw Hat Pirates. Chopper is the youngest and most adorable crew member. He was born on Drum Kingdom and was isolated by his deer herd due to his blue nose and, later on, kicked out because he ate the Human Human Fruit (a devil fruit which gave him human-like abilities and structure). Chopper meets the crazy Dr. Hilruk, who takes him in as an apprentice when he was injured. Chopper becomes attached to him and serves by his side.
Sadly, Hilruk meets a dreadful end when he opposes King Wapol by trying to cure patients without his permission. After Hilruk's death, Chopper adopts his dreams of creating a chemical reaction that would be the divine cure to any sickness: the cherry blossom. Luffy and his crew meet Chopper while he is working under another doctor, Kureha (a good friend of Hilruk). He learns to be a great doctor and finds himself attracted to the pirate life. Eventually, after Luffy kicks some butt in the Drum Kingdom (which always makes things better), Chopper joins The Straw Hat Pirates as their doctor.
